"The property was conveniently located only 5 mins walk to the promenade, shops cafes and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good facilities with a nice little balcony and lovely views over Nice by night. The hosts were very helpful and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Thank you ☺️"

"The location is few minutes away from the beach and old town, the staffs were very responsive and helpful, the apartment is spacious and I will definitely come back."

"Location near beach, tramway station and city center. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Very spacious for two adults and a child. I forgot a credit card wallet. The staff was very helpful in finding the wallet and mailing it to me."

"We received the code for the key box very late, which caused us much worries as we did not have it when we arrived in Nice. There were no instruction for entering the apartment. It should be mentioned, that the main door has an e-lock which work with the RFID tag. The door for the apartment should be clearly marked since there are three doors on the sixth floor. We also hoped a large mirror."

"Lovely apartment which was such a great location. 5mins walk to beach/supermarkets and tram round the corner. We are familiar with Nice and this accommodation allowed us to easily access all the places we usually go pretty quickly. Staff were very helpful and allowed my sister who was already in Nice to colllect my keys as we hd a late flight."

"Balcony was much smaller than expected but not unusual for Nice properties. If you have kids there is a lot of glass in this apartment and a neighbour below who likes to complain about any noise. (Just thought be a good thing to point out)"

"This property is close to both tram and train stations. It is also not far from the city centre and the beach. You have access to lots of restaurants."

"The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The balcony was smaller than it looks in the pictures but still very nice and suitable to sit out and admire the view of the mountains."

"Lovely apartment in great location. 2 mins from Alsace Loraine metro station.and 5 mins from Promenade Anglais. Well-maintained and nicely decorated with everything we needed. Comfortable sofa bed and cute little balcony. Was great to find somewhere with lift as my Dad has mobility issues Was great to be able to leave our luggage at My Casa office before check-in Salvador and Lucas at My Casa were lovely guys and communication was seamless with prompt responses to any questions Would 100% recommend this apartment and, if not available, be happy to stay in others run by company"

"Morgens hat die Wohnung sehr stark nach Benzin/Öl gerochen. Es gab keine Rauchmelder und die Notausgänge im Flur waren verschlossen. Bei den Utensilien fehlten u.a. ein Dosenöffner, Geschirrhandtuch und Salatschüssel."
